Dance & Acro Fitness – Build Your Skills

Dance & Acro Fitness encourages happy minds and bodies. It is a fantastic class to focus on building your core skills. It has elements of dance, strength and flexibility, all at a fun and upbeat pace. It’s about getting the whole body moving and having a bunch of fun while you do it. We incorporate games and fun challenges so the kids won’t even know they are working out! If you want to move ahead in your dance and Acro skills, this is the class to join! A great complementary class to your other styles.
